Fake traffic and forced clicks: Affiliates may not increase their traffic by itself or to place an agent orders. Affiliates may not enforce clicks. All clicks and transactions are approved only if an action has been the end-user.
Infringement of fire: Provide or use of the vidaXL brand, misspellings and synonyms as keywords or search terms with the aim of pay per click advertising on search engines is prohibited strictest. Affiliates can be required to include such terms as negative keywords in order not to violate the vidaXL conditions.
Affiliates may not make it seem as if they are connected or part of vidaXL.nl. others they may not be either mislead or bring the war with claims that their site is actually the vidaXL site. It is also prohibited to copy strictest pages of vidaXL shop and use themselves.
The Affiliate may not use domain names that contain our brand vidaXL or any misspellings thereof. The Affiliate shall any material in any way copy belonging to websites operated by vidaXL including graphics, text or other content.
Domain name infringement, the Affiliate will never on its website or any other site indicate that its website is operated or part of vidaXL.nl.
Coupon codes: the Affiliate may only publish coupon codes and practices vidaXL has created for the purpose of distribution of these by affiliates. Also, these codes may only be distributed by affiliates vidaXL which has a contractual relationship or which are distributed through the Admitad platform by vidaXL with the aim to share this. The use and publication of any other coupon or voucher that is not approved by vidaXL, is strictly prohibited. Sales generated through unfair use of coupon codes, will be declined
