Program Conditions
Affiliates with offensive or illegal content and software, or that contain racist or pornographic content are excluded.
TomTom Maps, TomTom LIVE services, TomTom Speedcamera service and TomTom voices are not part of the affiliate program. Therefore, sales for those categories will not be taken into account nor be commissioned.
TomTom has the right to accept/terminate any publisher.
TomTom logo guidelines are applicable.
TomTom trademarks must be respected.
Paid Search is forbidden. Keyword policy: Restricted. It is not allowed to use TomTom registered brand names, including "TomTom", "TomTom ONE", "TomTom GO", etc.
