Validating pending orders

Commission is awarded once the order has shipped - after the customer has passed credit check.

Orders are given four weeks after they are placed to allow time for credit checks to be carried out and the order shipped. After this cool-off period orders any orders which were dispatched are approved and the remainder are declined. 

Exclusive deals / voucher codes

We are always looking for ways to engage new audiences.

Sales generated on exclusive deals or exclusive voucher codes created for other channels/affiliates will be declined.

Missed Transaction Claims

We can only investigate transaction queries:

1. After the order has been validated (approved/ declined)

2. Within 2 months of the order being approved/ declined.

Please do not raise transaction queries before the order in question has been approved. Claims for orders which have not tracked at all should be raised within 2 months of the initial order date.
